GROUPON INSTRUCTIONS

If you purchase a Deal of the Day from any website (Groupon or Living Social) or received any Gift Certificate or purchased outside of this website, we need you to do the following in order for you to schedule your lessons:

 

  1. REGISTER with the sailing club under "New to Our Site"

  2. Under referred by choose Groupon, Catamaran Semi-private 4 or 6. If you party is larger than 6, no problem, use the form to the left to contact us. 

  3. Email us with Voucher #, what you purchased and where you purchased from. (Please use email form)

  4. Wait for an email response from the office (24hrs) providing you with a promo-code to purchase your semi-private cruise online. (This code will  zero-out your balance.)

  5. Once you get your promo-code, Schedule Away! (You may schedule for your guests but they will need to register before the sail, instructions will be emailed).

Cancellation/Weather Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you are on a semi-private cruise, you should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. We cannot wait and inconvenience the rest of the customers if you are late.

  • If you miss the boat, you will forfeit your cruise.

  • Deposit will be forfeited 14 days prior to cruise if cancelled.

  • All fees are due in full 14 days prior to cruise date.

  • No refunds will be given within 7 days of cruise date.

  • Cruising Credits will be given if inclement weather or other "Act of God" issues force cancellation of the cruise.

  • You may reschedule within 48 hours without a penalty. ($100 rescheduling fee if done within 48 hours of cruise)

  • If your cruise was scheduled during an event (e.g., Fireworks), please keep in mind that you paid for a cruise. We cannot control factors outside of our company. If the event is canceled but we are still able to safely sail or motor-sail, credits or refunds will not be issued.

  • Behavior that is detrimental to the safety and well-being of the vessel, crew or individual, e.g., excessive alcohol consumption, will not be tolerated and may result in a non-refundable, non-credited, early departure from the vessel

WEATHER POLICY

Weather on the water can be vastly different than inland, so we rely on a variety of tools that are specifically designed to predict marine weather. Weather cancellations will always be up to the Captain's discretion.

  • If you don't hear from us, cruises will be held as scheduled.

  • In the event of a weather cancellation made by the Captain, we will call, text or email you at least two hours before you are scheduled to sail.

  • For multi-day sails, itineraries and destinations may be adjusted to accomodate weather conditions. Cruising Credits will only be issued if the entire trip is canceled.

  • We do not control the wind. However, we do have a motor and we will do everything we can to ensure you have fun. No credits will be issued due to lack of wind.

CRUISING CREDITS
  • Cruising Credits can be used for any future 3rd Coast Charters service.

  • Cruising Credits do not expire.
