Catering options available, or bring your favorite food and beverages. Grill, stove, refrigerator and ice will all be available. There might even be time for a swim before the racing starts.

The America's Cup World Series is the first stage of competition in the 35th America's Cup. Practice racing is on Friday, June 10th.

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit to hold date and boat(s), remainder due 45 days prior to event.
Rescheduling requests made with at least 2 weeks notice can be re-booked with a $100 rescheduling fee per boat.
Cancellations with at least 2 weeks notice will result in 50% of total charge being retained and 50% refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 2 weeks notice will not be eligible for refund.
Cancellations made by 3rd Coast Charters incur no penaltyand may be rescheduled with no additional fees. (See Weather Policy)
Cruising Credits will be issued if there is inclement weather.
Behavior that is detrimental to the safety and well-being of the vessel, crew or individual, e.g., excessive alcohol consumption, will not be tolerated and may result in a non-refundable, non-credited, early departure from the vessel.
If your cruise was scheduled during an event (e.g., America's Cup or Air & Water Show), please keep in mind that you paid for a cruise. We cannot control factors outside of our company. If the event is canceled but we are still able to safely sail or motor-sail, credits or refunds will not be issued.
